Purpose of the Job
? To arrange payment by e-bank timely and correctly
? To issue invoice in SAP system and check the balance of AR monthly
? To control the status of projects and prepare the material for review
? To support the Finance Manager in the controlling of accounting procedure

Organisation Structure and Reporting
? Report to Finance Manager

Objectives
? Be in charge of payment to vendors and employee by e-bank twice a month and deal with urgent payment
? Organize foreign currency payment and prepare the material related to tax bureau
? Book cash-in and cash-out in SAP system timely
? Assist Treasury Manager to prepare documents to bank
? Control the process of issuing invoice and record the invoice in SAP system timely
? Follow the status of projects and communicate with project manager to finish SPR
? Provide internal financial reporting on time
? Prepare supporting documents for annual audit and assist FC for other tasks
? Ensure the site's finance processes are compliance with statutory & group instructions & policies
? Follow the EHS policy

Performance Measurement
? Reporting accuracy and on time
? Compliance with internal accounting procedure and external accounting regulation
? Support to finance controller on related accounting issues
? To avoid the risks of payment

Requirements
? Bachelor degree or above in accounting or finance
? Min 3 years cost accounting and general accounting experience with exposure to manufacturing industries
? Good Microsoft office knowledge, especially Excel skill
? Fluent in writing English
