Job responsibilities:

Global support
1. Providing first or second level support on a global basis;
2. Providing technology and product training;
3. Monitoring and maintaining MES applications on customer systems;
4. Design and execute tests at function, component and system levels;
Customer visit
1. Do on site support;
2. Develop new support service;

Job requirements:
1. Experience with relational database(Oracle, MS SQL); Expertise in PL/SQL;
2. Solid experience in developing JAVA;
3. Basic operation and trouble shooting in standard OS (Linux, Unix, Windows);
4. Basic experience in VMWare operation;
