-For our Process Industries and Drives Division in TIANJIN,we are looking for a Supervisor of Production Support Team 生产支持主管.

What are my responsibilities?

1. Workshop daily work plan according to service order and morning meeting.

2. Get knowledge of structure, characteristic of product for in-house / onsite repair.

3. Manage and coordiante to solve the problem during production preparation on time.

4. Make sure the packing & delivery on time, handle the complaint of packing & lacking of parts.

5. Make instruction of workshop.

6. To be responsible for product cost for his unit, optimize work flow.

7. Giving full support and idea to the manager for service business development.

What do I need to qualify for this job?

1. Machanical background, with assembly experience and knowledge is preferred.

2. Bachelor degree, good read & wrritern English, familiar with office software.

3. Good team work spirit, traget oriented.

4. Good communication skill.

　　西门子机械传动（天津）有限公司前身是世界***专业动力传动设备制造商弗兰德集团于1996年投资兴建的全资子公司弗兰德机电传动(天津)有限公司。公司座落在北辰高科技产业园区内。2005年，弗兰德被西门子（中国）有限公司工业业务领域驱动技术集团（前称：西门子自动化和驱动集团）收购，弗兰德机电传动(天津)有限公司更名为西门子机械传动(天津)有限公司，成为驱动技术集团在中国的运营公司。收购弗兰德以后，西门子能够为客户提供从启动器/变频器到齿轮箱的整体驱动方案。

　　公司的动力传动设备产品种类齐全，涵盖了所有工业生产的需要，包括标准减速机、齿轮马达、蜗轮蜗杆减速机、重型减速机、工业应用型产品、风力发电产品、联轴器、齿轮及其它零部件等。产品广泛应用于轻工、建材、矿山、电力、冶金、港口装卸、化工及环保行业。

　　在过去的发展中，西门子数次追加投资，这些投资主要用于扩建仓库、建设新的齿轮加工厂房和装配中心。尤为引人注目的是这个亚洲第一大规模的装配中心，它设有仓库区、装配线、检测区、喷漆线与发货区。装配中心共设有4条总装线，分别用于标准产品的装配，高速铁路机车驱动产品装配，重型减速机与工业应用型产品的装配，以及风力发电齿轮箱的装配。先进的生产技术与现代化的设备有效地缩短了交货期，提高了产品质量。
