职位描述：
Job Purpose
Solve the complains from customers, improve internal quality issues, control supplier quality.
Key Areas of Responsibilities
? Take charge of quality issue of products, improve internal and external quality performance.
? Take charge of customer complain, lead team to find out root cause, prepare 8D report, give feedback to customer.
? Participate in new samples validation in customer process.
? Take charge of supplier quality issues, complain and evaluate the performance of supplier.

Knowledge & Qualifications
? Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin) and English
? Good knowledge of TS16949 / ISO 14001
? Good knowledge of Quality tools (QS9000 five tools)
? Good knowledge of PPAP / APQP / TS 16949

Skills & Competencies
? Minimum of 3 years of experience in Quality Department in related field.
? Excellent skills about Microsoft Office applications
