职位描述
Responsibilities:
? Work with process Development Engineers to design prototype tooling and/or fixtures in support of new product development projects (local and global)
? Create detailed tool designs from engineering concepts
? Tooling vendor selection with cost and quality justification
? Prepare tooling layouts.
? Design special tooling solutions
? Tooling review on supplier's design
? Tooling vendor development
? Tooling drawing management
? Manufacturing flexibility management cross manufacturing line
Requirement:
? Excellent understanding of geometric tolerance
? Over 3 years relevant experience on toll design related
? Skilled in using CAD software such as Pro-E, UG, AutoCAD etc
? Tool and Die making or Machinist experience is preferred
? Ability to work from limited information to design/concept prototype tools.
? Lean manufacturing experience and SMED application
? Bachelor's degree major in tooling design, college diploma requires 5 years similar experience as minimum
? Global communication English skill
