职位描述
Your responsibilities will include:-
Product quality assurance expertise and support to the QC Inspectors;
Coordinate and liaise with customers on quality conformance and related issues;
Set up and monitor process performance and identify areas for yield and productivity improvements;
Perform investigation, root cause analysis, corrective action, preventive action and mistake proofing activities for in-house rejects and customer complaints;
Perform product, ISO 9001; TS 16949 and familiar with internal auditing practical experience;
Support the Continuous Improvement Programs, Lean Manufacturing ;
Knowledge of 6 sigma will be added advantage.
The ideal applicant will have the following experience:-
Degree in Mechanical, Electronics Engineering or related discipline;
At least 7 years working experience;
Strong ability in troubleshooting and problem solving techniques;
Self-starter with strong leadership and presentation skills with quality mindset;
Keen learner with analytical mind as well as excellent communication skills;
Good computer and statistical process control knowledge.
