- Excellent verbal written English Skills, at least CET-6
- Bachelor Degree, Engineering background is preferred

- Extended experience in dealing with Customers - Problem- solving - Coordination Organizing Skills
- Able to work under pressure
- Knowledge of Oracle Information Systems is preferred

岗位描述
Processing Orders from the customer, rep or distributor into quote log database. Updating quote log as required per procedure.

- Enters orders into the order entry system. Responsible for order maintenance/changes to customer demand. Must have working knowledge of LC (Letter of Credit) orders. Issues PO acknowledgments to customers

- Communicates with customers and coordinates timely delivery of products. Resolves customer problems by analyzing data and informing factory, sales team, and demand manager of changes in customer demand. Investigates and resolves order discrepancies, missing shipments and conflicting data.

- Supports and works with Sales Team on customer issues. Visits the customer to promote customer relationship when necessary.

- Tracks On-Time delivery performance and delinquency status. Initiates process improvement efforts to ensure and improve delivery performance

- To purchase material of trade product and follow up with the shipment to ensure the delivery on schedule.

- To monitor and record trade supplier delivery performance to ensure customer supply without any shortage;

- To work with sales team closely to keep delivery flexible and meet customer satisfaction;

- Monthly review the customer overdue payment performance and work with sales together to reduce overdue payment.

- Customer demand management: forecast to product line and specific key account demand, Kanban management, sales forecast .

- Work with BU/ operation and customer close to keep finished goods at reasonable level.

- Coordinates returns of product with the customer and processes RMA paperwork. Works with operation, Overseas Supplier, Engineering and QA to resolve all customer issues.

- Communicates with customers and coordinates timely delivery of RMA products. Resolves customer problems by analyzing data and informing oversea supplier, sales team to meet customer satisfaction.

- Tracks RMA On-Time delivery performance and delinquency status. Initiates RMA process improvement to ensure and improve quality of RMA handling performance.

- Supports and works with Sales Team on customer issues. Visits the customer to promote customer relationship when necessary
