Major Responsibilities Include but not limited to:
?Work with Key account manager and Assist achieving monthly sales goals.
?Assist maximizing outside sales development through proactive activities:
Central corporate contacts are to be generated via
Enrolled Berlitz students
Berlitz alumni
Both active and inactive accounts
"Targeted prospecting" activities to MNCs, SOE companies, and domestic private companies etc. who are new to Berlitz .
?Assist maximizing inside sales through leads generated from within the language center:
Corporate phone inquiries
Corporate internet inquiries
?Assist conducting corporate appointments to central corporate contacts, such as HR and Training & Development, to present Berlitz.
?Assist conducting corporate prospect end user sales interviews and present the appropriate Berlitz solution.
?Assist providing prospective clients and contacts with program proposals and other follow up information as needed.
?Assist developing solid working relationships with all area Language Center (LC) directors to facilitate better delivery and sales opportunities.
?Assist completing sales reports to track and account for all sales activities, including calls, outside appointments, corporate prospect end user interviews, sales, companies and contacts
?Sales Target:
Work with the Supervisor to assist setting up quarterly and annual sales target and make an effort to achieve the goals.
?Working Time:
Monday to Friday: 9:30 – 18:30
Saturday & Sunday: work will be arranged on weekend according to the customer requirements and work schedule. Compensatory leave will be arranged during the weekdays.
Qualifications Include but not limited to:
?Education: Bachelor degree or above or equivalent experience required
?Experience:
Minimum 2 years working experiences in total
Minimum 1 Years Sales experience
B to B selling experiences is a must
