职位描述：
岗位职责：
1）根据网上银行的信息，每日制作BANK DAILY REPORT,并更新汇率
2) 根据银行收款 & 付款信息，在系统里销帐(SHA/TJN/XMN)
3）网银付款，现金报销
4）境外收款网上申报
5）境内外付汇及结汇，欧元付汇，资本金结汇
6）银行开卡并申领
7）银行凭证管理及其购买（开户行）
8）暂支申请及押金的保管，以及保证金、收据的保管与登记
9）库存现金的保管+活动费（每月月底盘点）
10）月底去银行结存
11）DAVID卡去银行查询
12）公司信用卡的对帐管理和制作清单，并每月初进行商务卡还款
13）每月初保留上个月的水单PDF版本留存
14）每天打印收款水单并粘贴，整理付款凭证
15）月底盘点现金及银行存款，制作银行存款调节表及库存现金盘点表
16）委托付款保函审核
17)一个季度"银企对帐"
18）每天发两次邮件发送销帐清单给各站，并发送“无人认领”表格给各站
19）无法进行网银支付情况，需跑柜面支付电汇/贷记凭证
20)填写支票,去银行提现
21)香港帐户的支票登记支出管理
22)美金进帐的各站拆分并摊手续费
23)资本金进帐办理验资的一切手续
24)商务卡变更信息的处理
25）进口换单收取现金并出具收据，并在发票上盖“现金收讫章”
26）几个银行帐号的印鉴卡变更

任职要求：
1）大专或以上学历，英语读写一般即可
2）一年或以上本职位工作经验，上海本地户口
3）为人做事认真仔细，有极强的工作责任感和良好的沟通能力
4）具有一定的团队协作能力和抗压能力 举报 分享
