Day to Day Responsibilities:
Identify, propose and implement equipment & optical fiber measurement process improvements for quality, yield and cost improvement
Lead and support DMAIC improvement projects aimed at improving the process and automation technology related to fiber manufacturing and measure equipment automation design to get the target on schedule
Support safety improvement by engineering solution
Provide production support if needed
Technology Synchronization initiative implementation with sister plants
Education & Experience
Bachelor and /or above
Major in Optical Engineering or Measurement Techniques & Measuring Instruments related fields
With ＞3years of experience of Optical measurement equipment design and measurement process in school and/or in manufacturing facilities
Required Skills
Demonstrated logistical thinking and good problem-solving skills.
Good written and oral English.
Familiar with optical communication and optical measurement principle.
Familiar with all kinds of optical measurement devices, process and testing standard
Statistical process control knowledge and data processing capability on industrial software, such as MS projects, Excel, Minitab, Access.
Demonstrated planning and time management skills.
Good team work spirit
Desired Skills
Familiar with all kinds of optical fiber measurement devices, process and testing standard
Familiar with automation measurement production line and process control.
Good project management skill and familiar with DMAIC, Kaizen and other scientific tools
Rich work experience in manufacturing facilities of the multi-national company
Soft Skills

Strong hands-on skills and fast learner
