职位描述：
岗位职责：
1.Be in charge of quality activity organization and coordination , ensure that quality management system operation in effective
负责公司质量活动的组织和协调，保证质量管理体系的有效运行。
2.Customer complaint ( Outside / Inside ) deal with in time, make the corrective & preventive action and follow-up survey & verification continually
负责客户抱怨和反馈问题的处理，制定整改措施，并跟踪、验证措施的有效性。
3.Quality cost statistics and control ,
负责公司内质量成本的统计与控制
4.Take part in APQP of project management: identification customer specific requirement, delivery sampling / correct action plan / error-proofing evaluation
参与开发前期规划：客户标准识别、交样评定及问题点改善，防呆防措效果评估
5.Take part in the gauge design, responsible the gauge acceptance inspection.
参与检具设计，负责检具的验收及说明书的制定。
6.Responsible and provide engineering change support and prepare and update to documents
负责和提供工程变更的支持及文件的准备、更新。
7.Responsible to quality management and promotion and assurance for the new projects.
新产品开发的品质策划、管理、提升和保证。
8.Prepares PPAP documents.
PPAP文件的准备。
9.Pre-Launch / early containment activity implementation and reports.
试生产和量产初期品质活动的策划和实施。
10.Responsible to quality management and promotion and assurance for the mass production.
量产产品的品质策划、管理、提升和保证。
11.Responsible quality data collect, analysis and correct action plan for the projects and mass production.
负责新项目和量产品的品质数据收集、分析与改善。
12.Responsible for the management and monitoring of N/C(internal, customer complains, suppliers), set up 8D and 5W reports.
负责不合格问题的管理和监控（工厂内部、客户抱怨、供应商），制定8D及5W报告。
13.Responsible quality inspection specification training for production and QC.
负责对生产和检查员进行品质标准的培训。
14.Responsible set up the test plan, MSA plan, SPC plan, process audit plan, products audit plan and carry out all of the plans.
负责新项目和量产品产品实验计划、MSA计划、SPC计划、过程审核计划、产品审核计划的制定与实施。
15.Quality Planning carry out: Process Flow Charts, Process FMEA, Process Control Plan and Pre-Launch Control Plan, Work instructions /Inspection instructions.
质量计划的制定：过程流程图、过程FMEA、过程和试生产控制计划、进料检验标准/记录、产品检验标准/记录、出货检验标准/记录、检具使用说明/记录、试验设备使用说明/记录的制定。
16.Experience / knowledge in Quality planning / PPAP / statistical tools (SPC / MSA/8D/FTA/5Y…) / Minitab
具有质量计划/PPAP/统计工具（SPC/MSA/8D/FTA/5Y）/ Minitab等相关知识技能及工作经验。
17.Fluent English or Korean in spoken and written.
英语或者韩语书写口语流利。
