职位描述：
Main Duties & Responsibilities主要工作职责：
1. Understand the request and suggest the appropriate parts with information and communicate between regional service, spare parts team and global service;
了解要求，并提供相应的信息和区域服务、备件团队和全球服务之间的沟通；
2. Review the service situation (machine down, partially working and design update etc..) for the particular request and prioritize the job accordingly so that timely response is ensured and followed;
针对特定的要求检查服务情况（机床停机、部分运转和设计更新等），并对工作进行相应的优先顺序，以确保及时的响应；
3. Update knowledge on the new developments, design changes to understand the PPR and Q-Report and retrofit kits to implement and suggest the above said as and when required in technical clarification;
更新的新知识，和设计的变化，在实施和建议PPR、Q-Report和改装套件时在技术上进行澄清；
4. Adhere to company policy and ensure safety of technical information, drawing and office documents for non-disclosure;
遵守公司政策，确保技术信息、图纸和办公文件的保密性；
5. Possess and develop technical knowledge in DMGMORI machines, milling, turning, and special technology and to know different options and technical specifications etc…
掌握并拓展DMG MORI机床的铣削、车削及特殊功能的技术知识，以了解各种机床选项及技术要求等信息。
6. Possess knowledge in Machine drawing 2D, 3D, and Assembly drawings, understanding Hydraulic, Pneumatic, electrical wiring Circuit, coolant and lubrication plan etc…
掌握2D和3D的机械制图及装配图纸，了解液压、气动、电气线路、冷却和润滑设计等；
7. Possess knowledge in Baan to create a service order, review the service history, part ID search, to check the information text and to edit call text, stock and inventory check, parts sales record and price check etc…
掌握Baan系统的操作技巧，能创建服务订单，查询服务历史，搜索零件料号，查看信息的文本并编辑服务案件内容，检查零件库存、销售记录和价格确认等；
8. Develop knowledge in Item View and to use the knowledge gained to review the drawings and technical details and to verify make, manufacturer, version, type etc...
掌握Item View的使用技巧，并使用所获得的知识信息来审查图纸和技术细节，并验证零件的材质，制造商，版本，型号等；
9. Possess knowledge in use of myDMGMORI portal to access the machine details and documents
具备使用myDMGMORI门户访问机器的细节和文件的知识；
10. Maintain records of day to day work and to ensure proper maintenance documentation;
维护日常工作记录，确保正确的维护记录；
11. Other jobs assigned by the boss;
上司安排的其它工作；

Requirement 任职要求:
Minimum 3 years‘ service experience
3年以上服务工作经验；
Working background in a multinational or international job environment is preferred
有跨国公司背景者优先；
Language: Chinese + English (common business level)
语言：中文及英语（能进行商务沟通）；
Advanced Microsoft Office Skills
熟练掌握微软办公技能；
Independent, Team player, good interpersonal skills and able to work under pressure
