职位描述：

Responsibility:

- Develop and implement purchasing strategy in Asia region;

- Manage sourcing team in coordination with global sourcing management;

- Identify and deliver cost savings plan to meet business goals;

- Working with regional and global business leaders to ensure all purchasing

activities are aligned with the needs;

- Leverage all resource to make the effective implementation;

- Lead supplier management;

- - Develop strategy and specific actions to improve supplier delivery performance

for quality, delivery, time, etc. to meet business goals;

- Manage major suppliers’ purchasing negotiations and contractual compliance;

- Support NPI and outsourcing activity;

- Other activities required by business leaders.

Requirements:

- More than 10 years experience in Procurement with 5+ years in managerial position;

- 5+ years experience in automotive industry;

- Familiar with metal, machined and electrical components, plastics, molding and

automation machinery;

- Experience of working in a global matrix organization with strong communication skills

in Multi-cultural environments;

- Strong capability for cross-functional management;

- A strong trouble shooter;

- A self-driver with strong willing of active change.
