Job Duty工作职责
      1. Monitor production performance in terms of Faults Per Vehicle, ANDON, First Time Through, etc.
      监管单车缺陷，ANDON，一次通过率等生产绩效。
      2. Develop and implement standardized and lean manufacturing processes.
      开发并施行标准化及精益生产流程。
      3. Monitor product quality and quantity information.
      监管生产质量及数量信息。
      4. First time find and handle with online body quality defects and prevent occur again.
       第一时间发现处理在线质量缺陷并防止再次发生，
      5. Provide continuous improvement plans while continually improving production methods.
      在持续改善生产方法的同事提供持续改善计划。
      6. Provide, and ensure all relevant health & safety documentation and equipment (PPE) is available at all times in good working order with up to date certification.
      提供并确保所有劳保用品(PPE)的可用性，并具有近期质保证书。
      7. Manage the collating of information for the team.
      管理团队所收集信息。
      8. Develop educational and training plans for team production operators，and develop muti-skills training plans.
      为生产一线员工制定教育培训计划,并推行班组多能工培训及计划。
      9. Maintain personnel records.
      维护人员记录。
      10. Define and order production materials.
      确认并订购生产材料。
      11. Support the Production TPM programme and ensure schedule is achieved.
      支持生产TPM项目组，确保计划达成。
       
      Job Qualification
      任职资格
      1. 3years and above Experience in Body (BIW) Production within the automotive industry.
      3年以上丰富的汽车行业车身车间制造经验
      2. Degree qualified, in a relevant Discipline.
      相关专业学历毕业
      3. Strong ability to lead, coach and train operators. Good communication skills.
      善于领导，培训人员。良好的沟通技巧
      5. Good working knowledge of problem solving, lean principles and standardization.
      对于问题解决，精益原则及标准化生产有丰富知识
      6. Ability to interpret and understand complex situations and develop proposals for action.
      能够解释和理解复杂情况，提出解决建议
      7. Strong drive, flexibility and confidence to achieve goals.
