Position : Development manager (mobile apps, Androïd & iOS)
Location: Office Shanghai [Jing’an]
Profile required :
- Minimum 3-5 years experience in project management
- Mastering of Android development environment
- Knowledge of retail environment is a plus
- Fluent in both English and Chinese

Skills :
- Rigorous, autonomous and passionate about new digital technologies, mainly mobile, you will maintain a technological watch to improve the existing applications.
- With a graphic sensitivity (UI and UX) you will be free of the ergonomics of the functionalities that you implement.
- You are creative and open minded, have a critical spirit, initiative and a good communication skills.

Job description :
Within the digital team of Skyzone, manager of a team, you participate to the thinking, and ensure the development and the maintenance of the professional applications (Androïd & iOS) developed by Skyzone:
- Appropriation of the projects
- Management and support of the technical team
- Drafting of design documents, specifications, functional specifications (UI and UX)
- Organize the running of tests and functional recipes
- Take the lead of the development team and enable them to achieve their goals
- Guarantee the quality and scalability of the architecture
- Improve prod by providing innovative solutions and tools
- Solving complex problems by providing appropriate solutions

Technical required knowledge are as follows :
- Java (Android development environment)
- JSON, XML
- Database (MySQL)
- UX testing
