? Reviews, approves to ensure design output meets design input(customer requirement standard) .审核，批准，确保设计输出符合设计输入（客户要求的标准）。
? Ensure the quality of the design deliverables (content of the document) to APQP system确保设计产出（文件内容）的质量满足APQP要求
? Reviews all drawings to ensure all engineering deliverables and product process requirements have
been met.对所有图纸进行评审，确保符合所有工程产出及产品工艺要求。
? Creates / maintains internal Bill of Material (BOM) from customer BOM. Obtains and documents all
relevant specifications for BOM.从客户BOM表制作/维护内部BOM表。获取并文件记录BOM表的所有相关规范。
? Identifies and creates process and design specifications for a wide variety of highly complex product components to obtain operational, cost, quality, and/or manufacturing feasibility improvements.确定及开发多样性高复杂性产品零部件的工艺及设计规范，获得运行、成本、质量，和/或制造可行性改进。
? Creates and disseminates product and process design guidelines.创建和宣传产品和工艺设计指导。
