Job Purpose
The position is responsible for controlling warehouse activities include inbound, outbound, transportation, in house warehouse engineering and improvement warehouse SOP in HK 3PL warehouse.
Key Responsibilities.
? Perform SAP transactions of PO receive, SO shipment and material movement.
(SAP) timely and accurately
? Monitor the performance of local forwarder and trucker for on time and safe delivery, reconciliation of freight bills to shipments.
? Prepare in/out data, perform upload/download between BWMS and SAP.
? Manage and support 3PL in BWMS of physical operation,
? Provide cycle count data to 3PL monthly and perform PI yearly.
? Handle in/outbound damaged claim,
? Purchase to HK suppliers and maintain expense on the on-base system.
? Act as liaison and coordinator to HK 3PL and other functions.
? Healthy check between BWMS and SAP to ensure HK 3PL daily run.
? Timing update SOP.
? Support internal and external audit
? Manage HK 3PL warehouse daily operation.

- Good working knowledge of all warehouse, distribution, transportation and logistics related functions
- Knowledge of ERP and WMS system, e.g. MFGPRO or SAP is preferable.
- Good command of PC skills, e.g. MS Word, MS Excel, good spreadsheet skill is a must.
- Good in both spoken and written Chinese and English.
- Good command of spoken and written in both Chinese and English
- College education or above
- At least 5 years relevant experience
