职位描述：
PURPOSE STATEMENT
Establish and execute products production/supply plan with the highest operation efficiency to meet the customer demand in active coordination with related functions – Marketing, Production, Mold, Maintenance, Distribution and Area Planning.
Lead and supervise distribution team to fulfill the highest level of customer service and on time delivery and improve its key performance continuously.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

Planning & Production Control
1. Ensure the production plan schedule to be issued in timely and accurate manner and communicated to related departments.
2. Conduct the Sales & Operation Plan meetings with marketing through which products production/supply plan prepared to meet the sales demand.
3. Lead the coordination with related department on Core products production and TPS products sourcing.
4. Ensure the inventory stocks are efficiently managed without products shortage and overstocks.
5. Ensure the mold shuttling schedule is planned and raw, packaging materials are prepared in line with the production schedule..
6. Ensure the production data are up-to-date in the system and provide appropriate production information..
7. Streamline work processes, eliminate inefficiencies and ensure optimal utilization of resources in PPC team.

Distribution
8. Manage the core and TPS products in the highest quality in warehouse. .
9. Ensure to meet the customer demand by fulfilling on time delivery and highest level of customer service.
10. Lead the distribution team to improve its key performance such as warehouse management quality, customer service quality, on time delivery by necessary analysis, process improvement.
11. Develop and coach distribution manager and team members, manage their performance.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

？ University graduate is a must
？ At least 10 years experience in production planning function

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, EXPERIENCE

？ CPIM or CSPS certificate required
？ Good Knowledge and experience in import & export business and process
？ Industry insight with knowledge of customs, regulations and suppliers
？ Good communication skills
？ Good interpersonal skills, especially in conflict management
？ Strong leadership skills
