Role Description:
1. Enthusiastically a Haeger brand, Haeger culture and Haeger solution promoter.
2. Always outside visiting customers.
3. Constantly accomplish the audacious sales goals and ensure the 100% customer satisfaction.
4. Lead all distributors and sales partners for the best sales of Haeger high-tech solutions.
5. Creating highest values to our (potential) key accounts by providing most suitable insertion technology solutions.
6. Build the best strategic cooperation with end-user segment leaders and industry partners (self-clinching fastener companies; bending, punching, laser and cutting machine companies; and others.) to ensure having the project information and selling opportunities at the first time.
7. Recognize and identify the prior Haeger machine’s customer segments and spend desperate efforts to work on.
8. Developing the strongest sales & marketing strategies and promotion methods for the High-tech solutions among China.
9. Becoming the best expert of hardware insertion technology by asking all kinds of questions and learn faster than anybody else.
10. Coordinating all kinds of resources to provide key accounts the best services and user experiences.
11. Gathering and making use of the market intelligences effectively.
Requirements:
1. With highest sense of business ethic and working ethic
2. Best coordinate and communication skills
3. More than 5 years’ experience in sheet metal industry; know insertion machines; or self-clinching fastener industry.
4. Engaging and commitment
5. Willing to travel
Performance Objectives:
1. Well understood and be acquainted with Haeger/Phillips Culture, products, solutions, east China Haeger customers and market, within 1 month.
2. Visit (or co-visit with distributors) all Haeger High-technology solution users who own Haeger WT and OT machines to be acquainted with Haeger market segments and Haeger benefit provided to customers within 2 months after started.
