岗位职责：
1、负责与客户洽谈，接收订单以及安排订舱、运输、货物跟踪、报关、结算等事宜；
Responsible for negotiating with customers, receiving orders, booking space, transportation, cargo tracking, customs clearance, settlement, etc.
2、制作单证及其它相关文件，负责录入应收应付费用，安排***事宜；
Prepare the waybill and other related documents, be responsible for inputting the accounts receivable and payable, arrange the invoice issue.
3、负责提供海外代理业务文件及放货事宜；
Responsible for providing overseas agent business documents and release of goods.
4、单证及文件的整理及归档等；
Filing and filing of documents and documents.
5、客户投诉、纠纷的处理及上级交办的其他相关工作。
Customer complaints, dispute settlement and other related work assigned by superior.   

任职资格:
1、本科及以上学历,国际贸易、物流类相关专业；
Bachelor degree or above, major in international trade and logistics.
2、熟悉海运操作，具备单证、货代、运输及一定进出口贸易知识；
Familiar with ocean operation, with documents, freight forwarding, transportation and certain import and export trade knowledge.
3、熟悉船公司订舱流程，工作上的事宜基本能与国外沟通；
Familiar with the booking process of carrier, and able to communicate with foreign countries about work matters.
4、英文熟练，电脑操作熟练； 
Good command of English and PC skills.
5、工作细心、责任心强，具有较强的服务意识和团队精神。
Careful work, strong sense of responsibility, strong sense of service and team spirit.
