职位描述：
Lead the production planning process according to customer's forecasts and orders in order to guarantee the capacity adequacy and production requirements. Ensure customers deliveries OTIF in order to guarantee high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Areas of Responsibilities
- Consolidate and analyze customer's orders and forecasts. Deal priorities with customer in case of lack of availability.
- Perform and communicate production planning following customer's forecasts and order priorities to meet capacity adequacy and customers’ requirements. Update and communicate production planning and PO's responding to firm orders priorities, extra orders and urgent delivery requests.
- Supervise situation of production and timely adjust production planning, input all data of production in time
- Follow up on-going production plan realization, analyze potential gaps impacts and take accordingly needed actions to meet customers’ requirements and capacity adequacy.
- Check and record products transferred into warehouse, need to confirm quantities with rewinding process.
- Be responsible for check-in of cable orders and releasing of production order, can communicate with logistic production plan freely
- Take charge of reception, distribution and recycling of cable diagrams，trace timely supplying situation of raw materials and make sure on-schedule finishing of production planning
- Report timely to superior difficulties and unusual phenomena during the process of carrying out planning，
coordinate all staff to deal with problems during the production process
- Other tasks which are assigned by direct superior

Knowledge & Qualifications
- Know the WIP management/ Execution, planning, scheduling control/Inventory management/Demand management & forecasting/manufacturing process environment.
- Ensure delivery rate in time
- Ensure turn-over rate of copper wires in WIP
- Ensure Stock Reliability

Skills & Competencies
-University degree: Industrial Engineering Degree (Bachelor degree in logistics field or business administration)
- Has a good command of written and oral English.
- MS Office with deep knowledge in Excel. Experience on ERP
- At least 3 years in similar position in industrial field with previous production planning and/or logistics coordination experience.
- Organized, rigorous, vigilant and determined.
- Available and involved.
- Disciplined, autonomous.

- Having a sense of anticipation, planning and decision making.
