职位描述：
Purpose:
? Ensure the T1 factory establish strong connection with T2 suppliers to support qualified material supply with on-time delivery performance.
? Drive the T1 suppliers’ adoption of world class material procurement systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities:
? Manage in partnership with T1 factories and T2 suppliers to establish and implement guideline on factory purchasing practices,
? Establish procedure of managing critical material delivery to support new supply models such as of In-Season Creation, Create for Speed, Responsiveness, and standard lead time reduction. .
? Use material expertise to implement with T1 factories, T2 suppliers and Lab to improve production material quality where appropriate.
? Establish and share best practices to ensure effective material purchasing by T1 factories.
? Ensure T1 factories take effective action directly with T2 suppliers on material delivery.
? Manage connection between T1 factories and T2 suppliers to ensure proper information being communicated that can support material supply with good quality and on time.
? Manage the implementation of system tools related to T1 purchasing and supply chain collaboration.
? Work with T1 suppliers to provide reliable SCP tracking data and review the factory-level SCP reports to identify improvement opportunities.
? Engage directly with T1 and T2 suppliers to resolve critical material delivery issues.
? Drive the implementation of FMCA activities with T1 suppliers, ensuring that procedures are followed, teams are trained, and the color accreditation program is completed. .

? Material teams in Brand Operations

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
? Bachelor's degree, prefer study of Textile engineering, Polymer chemistry or other material related field and Supply chain management.
? Minimum 6 years of footwear materials related experience( especially leather, textile, synthetic leather) and/or an equivalent combination education and experience. Experience of Supply chain management is plus.
? Good experience in leading and influencing both internal development and production teams and external T1&T2 suppliers.
 

Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
? Fluent English in oral and writing.
? Good at excel and PPT skill
? Strong skill of projects management.
? Understand of technical and functional footwear processes.
? Good communication and influence skills to internal development management level and external T1 factories' management level.
