1. 接听来自高端客户就诊需求的电话
2. 按照系统要求登记客户就诊需求
3. 将客户就诊需求第一时间反馈给服务商
4. 跟进每笔就诊需求的服务进展
5. 针对每笔就诊服务安排发送即时提醒短信
6. 监督服务商对每笔服务的记录和跟进情况
7. 受理客户的投诉
8. 对于超出自己服务范围内的案例寻求上级帮助解决
9. 完成上级交给的其他工作任务
职位要求:
1. 全日制大专以上学历
2. 性格温和，耐心，良好的沟通能力，包括书面和口头的沟通能力，良好的服务意愿；有1-2年以上客服经验或者有医疗背景优先；
3. 做事仔细认真，有较强的学习及理解能力；
4. 普通话标准；
5. 熟练运用Office办公软件；
6. 遵守公司各项规章制度，有较强的自律性；
7. 有较强的抗压能力。
