职位描述：
1. Deliver business and financial results alongside plant manager. Control business operation expenses in line with budget。与工厂经理一起提供业务和财务业绩，根据预算控制经营费用
a) Capex PR checking & controlling under the Capex budget。在资本支出预算下检查和控制资本支出PR
b) Coordinate AR & AP issue between local finance team。协调当地财务团队中应收帐款和应付帐款问题
c) Cost controlling under budget。预算成本控制
d) Drive CIMs target and actual。推动CIMS目标和实际。
e) Using operating model to tracking the direct labor hours。使用生产模型跟踪直接劳工时间。

2. Prepare management reports to plant management team；准备管理报告给工厂的管理团队；
a) Monthly closure (EPR/ IDASH);月度关闭(EPR/ IDASH);
b) Monthly reporting(P&L/BS breakdown/Capex controlling file/KPI);月度报告(P&L/BS breakdown/Capex controlling file/KPI)
c) Monthly forecast (HFM /idash);月度预测(HFM /idash)
d) Half year and year end report (HFM annual pack, HFM tax pack);半年度和年度报告(HFM annual pack, HFM tax pack)

3. Perform finance monthly analysis for main variances:每月对主要的差异进行财务分析
a) Cash flow;现金流
b) Cost analysis ;成本分析
c) Inventory;库存
d) Order control and KPI tracking ;订单控制和KPI跟踪
e) Causal / walk across;

4. Drive in the budget and forecast preparation process ;推动预算和预测的准备流程
a) Budget and budget rollover(HFM/IDASH);预算和预算滚动(HFM/IDASH)
b) SF1 to SF3 forecast and LE( HFM/IDASH); SF1到SF3的预测和LE( HFM/IDASH)

5. Finance process;财务流程
a) Organize annual stock counting to ensure property completely;组织年度库存盘点以确保财产完整；
b) Organize annual fixed assets counting to ensure property completely;组织年度固定资产盘点以确保财产完整

6. Others
a) Assist annual internal audit (GRIP review or GKN audit) 协助年度内部审计。（GRIP审查或GKN审计）
