职位描述：
工作职责：
1. New testing fixture development, working with lab team to design and optimize the testing fixture based on the testing requirement;
2. Complete TE internal testing task and provide testing report on time;
3. Work with plant operation to arrange relative routine testing plan and lead the testing delivery;
4. Provide the training to lab technician for skill improvement;
5. Prepare/execute the lab equipment PM plan and troubleshooting;
6. Lead lab EHS daily checking and 5S management;

 任职要求：
1. Education: University/college degree in Electrical Engineering;
2. 8 years or above related high voltage testing lab working experience, with the Hollow composite insulator and high voltage cable accessory testinge experience is perferred;
3. Good team working spirit;
4. Good communication and organization ability;
5. Good analytical behavior and ability to solve problems;
6. Good oral and written English ability;
7. Familiar with drawing software like Pro-E, AutoCAD is preferred; 举报 分享
