Sales Manager -Shenzhen销售经理
Overall Responsibility
To be responsible for sales of assigned shows, including exhibit space, Creative Marketing Opportunity (CMO), sponsorship, e-marketing items, and other value-added services
Principal Accountabilities:
1. Conduct sales at competitive shows.
2. Achieve 100% of sales target for assigned shows including space revenue, CMO and e-revenue, etc.
3. Develop sales leads and maintain event prospect list to be input in the corporate system.
4. Obtain signed contracts and payments in full from partners.
5. Prepare accurate and timely reports to the line manager.
6. Prepare and implement sales plan and milestone to meet budget.
7. Conduct sales calls with partners prospects and clients, prepare and present sales proposals to them to achieve the sales target.
8. Provide professional and effective after-sales service to ensure smooth event participation process. To offer onsite service to the clients to ensure the satisfactory level of customers is very high.
9. Build rapport with customers and meet customer retention rate and revenue generated from the repeat partners set by the line manager.
10. Recruit new clients and the new partners participation rate and revenue generated by the new partners set by the line manager.
11. Record all sales in the CRM program provided.
12. Prepare report to the line manager to ensure the best practice of sales activities of the assigned shows.
Qualifications:
1. University degree or diploma holder in Business.
2. Sales experience for 3-5 years.
3. Aggressive, dedicated and responsible.
4. Willing to work independently and under pressure.
5. Fluent Spoken and written Mandarin. English is preferable.
6. Good selling and communications skill.
7. Traveling may be required.
