Keep Responsibility:
-. Align with Global Key Client owners on the client development plan in North China area
-. Work as part of the Key Account team and execute proactive communication with Key Accounts in all levels from tender preparation to daily operation
-. Manage assigned Global Key Clients, pursue and secure business
-. Build a good understanding of assigned Key Clients’ including client business nature/seasonality, trade lanes, contract details including exceptions etc.
-. Strong drive for tender nomination materialization and Share of Wallet (SOW) increase
-. Provide market intelligence to internal stakeholders and drive for right selling approach for in scope clients
-. Develop and sell local differentiators and promote local priorities
-. Follow sales standards, ensure qualified sales activities and sales related system/document updated within timeline
-. Establish internal network in greater china cluster and globally to facilitate clients’ issues
-. Build good understanding of all service offerings to be able to offer integrated solutions and contingency plans
Requirement:
-. Minimum of 3 years Industry experience, preferable in a commercial function
-. Strong work ethic and willingness to go extra miles to get things done
-. Sense of urgency with strong ownership
-. Ambitious and result oriented
-. Ability to multi-tasking, prioritize and work well under pressure
-. Strong team work spirit, ability to interact/corporate with various internal teams/stakeholders
-. Internal candidate is highly preferred
