职位描述：
Responsibility for documents management and record keeping. At a high level, the list of activities to be migrated is provided below.
? Recording the details of transaction and underlying commodities on the Commodities Collateral Application (COCOA - transaction processing system).
? Management of title documents representing ownership of underlying commodities (i.e. original Bills of Lading, Warehouse receipts etc). These documents are received from and released to either the client or the warehouses where the goods are stored.
? Maintain custody of these title documents and other deal documents during the life of the transaction.
? Endorsement of title documents to client or warehouse companies upon completion of the transaction, to release title to goods.
? Periodic reconciliation of physical documents to ensure ongoing monitoring & control (as per the risk framework) and reporting to the Regional CTMU.
? Stakeholder interaction includes SIP Traders, onshore clients in China, warehouses and other CTMU offices.
Assist the Manager & Head of Commodities Transaction Management Unit:
? Manage FTE requirements ensuring adequate resources are available at all times to handle BAU volumes while anticipating new requirements;
? Identify process inefficiencies and try to streamline such requirements to better service clients;
? Ensure all collateral is properly captured in and safe-keeping;
? Achieve a robust operational risk structure by identifying and incorporating KRIs and KCSAs;
? Regular client contact to ensure better understanding of client’s business; the markets in general and increase CTMU profile;

ORF / CST
? Assisting the Operation Risk Manager, CTMU with the management of the implementation of the Operational Risk Management Framework to ensure all areas manage operational risks in a proactive, risk based and disciplined manner.
? To undertake periodic self-assessment on key controls /control sample testing to assess the proper functioning and adequacy of existing controls.
? Assist in coordinating, facilitating and promoting understanding of operational risk and implementation and management of OR within the Unit.

Requirements
? Bachelor degree or above
? 5-6 years of banking experience with business coverage in Trade, Lending products etc is preferred.
? Team player and with potential to learn things quickly.
? Good analytical ability and paying attention to details.
? Strong interpersonal and communicative skills
? Fluent English both oral and written.
? Be familiar with Bank’s lending and trade financing products, commodity industry knowledge is a plus.
? Be able to work under pressure and carry out the job duties independently. 举报 分享
