POSITION: Executive Assistant

LOCATION: SHANGHAI

Description:

Take administrative responsibility for the efficient running of CEO’s office.

Provide wide range of day-to-day administrative support, coordinate meetings, conferences,

Insurance management and warehouse quality control assist.

Bid documents preparation assist and company filing system management assist

Prepare presentations, documents, reports and correspondence in a timely and accurately manner.

Requirements:

1 College degree or above, majority in business, commercial, logistics or English language is preferred

2 1 years above related working experience in foreign company

3 Excellent communication skills with excellent oral & written English

4 Proficient in MS Office, especially excellent skill in PowerPoint, Excel & Word;

5 Good organization ability

1.大专以上学历，商务类专业、物流专业，及英语专业学生优先考虑。
