职位描述：
Duties & Responsibilities / 工作职责：
Handle order processing work including contract checking, data entry, and order process tracking
处理合同执行相关工作，包括：合同检查，数据录入和合同执行跟踪
Place orders and provide all necessary doc. to factory/Asia Principle, and follow up the order confirmation, production status and delivery
下订单并向工厂/亚太区提供所有必要的材料，跟进订单的确认、生产状况和交付
Coordinate with local office and other departments to ensure the order proceed smoothly
与当地办公室和各部门进行协调，确保订单的顺利进行
Follow up the outstanding payment and checkout L/C from customer, issue proforma invoice for finance dep.
跟进未付款项并检查客户的信用证, 给财务部门开具形式发票
Coordinate with customer for order status, payment, delivery, invoice/shipping docs, etc.
与客户协调订单状况，付款，交货，发票/航运文档等
Update order processing report timely
及时更新订单处理报告
Other tasks assigned by O/P manager
O/P经理安排的其他工作

Requirement / 任职要求:
University, major in international trade is preferred.
本科学历，国际贸易相关专业
3 years working experience in foreign trade / customer service / sales assistant.
3年以上外贸、客户服务或销售助理相关工作经验
Familiar with order processing procedures or international trade
熟悉合同执行流程和国际贸易
Strong sense of responsibility and good communication skills. Capable of working under pressure and independently.
强烈的责任感和良好的沟通能力，抗压能力和独立性强
English skill in both writing and speaking, Japanese is preferred
良好的英语书写和表达能力，懂日语更好
Be careful, patient and good communication in team work
细心认真，有耐心，在团队合作中具有良好的沟通能力
Good interpersonal skills

Good computer skills, familiar with Microsoft office
