职位描述：
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
？ To coordinate and liaise with brand training team to ensure the training process, flow and execution are well organized and executed;
？ To explore the diversified training approach to meet the developing training request;
？ To coordinate and manage the necessary vendor/consultant/outsource company to ensure they providing the qualified and effective service;
？ To maintain the training database, materials and facilities that optimize and leverage the resource between the brand training team;
？ To ensure consistency of training program and knowledge with all brands;
？ To create partnership with the brand trainers to better understand and meet their training needs;
？ To identify and evaluate the effective training platforms, tools and track for the continuous improvements.

Minimum Educational/Experience Requirements:
？ Bachelor degree holder
？ 3-5 years training experience，retail focus is preferred
？ Familiar with field sales operation especially of apparel industry
？ Excellent Training facilitation & presentation skill, trade sales experience is preferred
？ Detail oriented, patient and good interpersonal skills
？ Good communication & coordination skills
？ Self-motivated and proactive, creative and innovative
？ Team player and flexible
？ Skilled in MS Office and apple system is preferred
