1、Sr. Product (Module) Development Engineer (R&D)
Main Responsibility:
1. The candidate will be working on u-iTLA serial module product specifications, performances, quality, cost reduction roadmap, and coordinate engineering efforts on products across different operation/engineering teams and also the data review.
2. A gap analysis between customer and internal specifications.
3. Perform engineering validation test (EVT) and design validation test (DVT) on module level in R&D lab.
4. Responsibilities also include new product introduction support, CM (contract manufacturer) technical management and technology transfer from other facilities.
5. Will also support marketing and customers as technical contact window.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, major on optoelectronics, Electrical Engineering/Applied Physics.
2. Prefer to have 5+ years’ relevant experiences on optoelectronic devices, module & subsystem, or fiber optics communication industries.
3. Candidate with circuit analysis capability will be preferred.
4. The understanding of fundamental principle Tx components (the tunable laser, wave locker) is plus.
5. Good written and spoken English skill. Able to generate high quality report.
