Job Description:
1. Will be responsible for the procurement and sourcing of raw materials for Cement product for the region.
2. Monitor and manage supply issue and material quality; Initiate the solutions to fix the issues by cooperation with Product Management, S&OP and Operation team.
3. Understand feedstock movement and price trends in the market.
4. Initiate and drive new alternative source to gain productivity and to work closely to Product management, R&D, Operation, EHS and Product Stewardship in the developing of new sources.
5. Support plant buyer team to ensure supply smoothly and on time.
6. Demonstrate knowledge of and follow the established EHS standards for the workplace, including but not limited to the plant, office, and other GCP Locations
Demands:
? B.S. in chemical-related field or supply-chain related field
? More than 2 years procurement experience in an industrial environment
? Good communication skill.
? Good at both writing and oral English and Mandarin
? Pro-active working style with passion and ability to work under pressure.
? Good logic and analytical skill.
? Chemical background is plus.
? Good team player
? ERP/SAP experience
? Quick learner.
