Key objectives
the Product Coordinator develops action plans for Asia Pacific, and after approval by Business, executes them interacting with the Sales Team, Supply chain team, product planner and other functions inside the SPPU.
? Responsible for demand planning for the region, key liaison for both sales team and planners at different sites to make sure sales demand is captured accurately and supply is secured.
? Work with sales team to update APO forecast and communicate to the sites for any demand variation. In the case of product shortage, make proposal to business manager of product allocation to minimize the impact.
? Key liaison for S&OP process with global team and responsible for product availability planning for the region.
? Executes his/her function in such a way that the structural profitability of the SPPU is optimized
? Provide 20mths APO data consolidation, verification & analysis
? Participate global/regional S&OP meeting by conference call & communicate Asia Pacific demand and supply
? Coordinate with different sites for supply/shipping urgency or difficulties
? Provide bi-weekly payment overdue tracking and update
? Supply proposal for new business inquiry including cost structure, product availability, package type proposal etc
? Consolidate RF & budget data and provide analysis
? Provide monthly sales, inventory & planning report

Education / Experience / Skills
? Minimum B.Sc. preferably in logistics or planning
? At least 3-5 years experience in a similar position
? Mature & proactive person
? Knowledge in shipping flow, logistics, SAP and basic customer process knowledge
? Regional experience would be an asset.
? Fluent in English and Chinese both in writing and speaking
