职位描述
Job Requirement:
1. Bachelor degree, English major or have good command of English.
2. 3 years related working experience,better in service type industry.
3. Communication Skills – Excellent oral, written and phone communication skills, with customers, managers, and all partners.
4.Goodwill – Develop customer relationships by phone.
5.Organization/Attention to Detail – Ability to coordinate and follow up on all tasks involved in managing the Customer Service Department.
6.Flexibility – Ability to handle variety of tasks and adjust quickly to the requirements of any given day.
7.Creativity – Look for new and innovative ways to improve customer satisfaction.
8.Computer Skills – Excellent skills necessary to enter all calls, look up account information and use AS400 for follow up. Also need to be proficient in use of word processing and spreadsheets.
JD:
A.Customer Service – Increase Customer Satisfaction
1.Telephone Calls - Handle all incoming telephone calls on the first call
2.Make "goodwill" calls by phone to accounts to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
3.Ensure that follow up calls are made within 48 hours after final resolution of customer calls.
B.New Account Follow Up
1.Pre-Installation Phone Calls – calls each new account and informs them of their installation date.
2.Ensure that all new accounts receive a customer service follow up call within 48 hours of installation.
3.Ensure that all new accounts receive a customer service follow up call from 30 days after installation.
4.Prioritize improvement efforts as a result of tracking customer feedback, including tracking results by Sales Representative.
5.Print and send out “Welcome Aboard” letters prior to installation for all new accounts.
C.Customer Request System (CRS) Management
1.Enter all feedback from “Listening Posts” in customer request system
2.Ensure that reports are completed and printed.
3.Maintain SSR files in customer service office so calls are available for SSRs as they check in.
4.Key in all resolutions daily as turned in by responsible party.
D.Administration
1.Keep accurate records and timely flow of paperwork
2.Maintain Route book and goodwill rosters
3.Process paperwork – process neatly and accurately all daily paperwork generated by service department including proposals, letters, memos, etc.
4.Prepare sheets for routes.
5.File and maintain garment check sheets.
