Objective: To accomplish project leasing and agency assignments
Accountabilities
? Walk-in and call-in reception
? Clients prospecting
? Retail leasing negotiation and documentation
? Other daily operations
Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience
? 4+ years retail leasing or shopping center operation relevant working experience.
? Bachelor’s degree in real estate / marketing / economics or a related field & RICS qualified or equivalent.
? Strong interpersonal, communication skills.
? Excellent presentation skills.
? Proficient in written / verbal English & Mandarin skills.
? Proficient in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
