职位描述：
Activities:
- Applies Purchasing Code of Ethics and General Terms of purchase rules. To make sure all the cases handled are in line with Purchasing Procedure .
- Performs professional purchasing according to requests from end-users, control indirect purchasing.
a. Receive and evaluate the purchase request raised by user department, prepare purchasing plan according to company’s budget and actual demand.
b. Arrange price comparison or tender on Ariba according to Purchase procedure.
c. Set up and update frame contracts via proper tender or RFQ, prepare contract template.
d. Follow up performance of related suppliers, as well as handle the complaints raised in this regard.
e. In charge of inventory management.
f. Keep good records for all related quotations /tender documents /contracts in consistent manner.
g. Source appropriate supplier in market to update supplier pool, and set up rating system for suppliers; In charge of supplier management and evaluation.
h. Coordinate closely with each internal user department to ensure a smooth deployment of purchase activity.
- Monthly and quarterly report on purchasing data and contract status.
- Fulfill other purchasing tasks appointed by Category Mgr.
 
Qualifications：
- Experience in Project management is preferred. Bachelor or equality Degree in mechanics, master degree is preferred.
- Min. 5 years working experience in purchasing and/or sourcing in China, thereof, Min. 3 year within multinational organizations; Min. 3 years Purchasing/Sourcing experience in indirect purchasing is preferred.
- Experience in cooperation with cross functional teams is preferred.
- SAP purchasing user knowledge is preferred.
- Excellent knowledge of the purchasing tools and good knowledge in purchasing process is preferred.
- Excellent command of written and oral English and Microsoft Office is preferred.
