职位描述：
Purchasing –
? Planning and control of ordering and supplies to sub-contractors in China - according to process:
? Definitions (PO lead time, minimum stock levels, payment terms, etc.)
? Issuing PO's to suppliers, Arkal internal approvals and supplier’s confirmation for all PO terms.
? Follow-up on shipments status and coordination with logistic companies, to ensure deliveries on time.
? Enter in system non-conformances related to purchased materials and manage them.
? Complete invoicing and payments process for purchased materials or logistic services.

Supplies –
? Sub-contractors in China supplies planning and control:
? Customer forecast review + stocks at sub-contractors or other warehouses + planning through "Auto report" file.
? Follow-up on supplies to customers and on reporting by sub-contractors in Arkal system.
? Customer’s or Arkal owned packaging: inventory at sub-contractors and movement's control.
? End of month closing with sub-contractor - stocks, supplies, extra jobs confirmation.
? Status updates and conference calls with subcontractors and Arkal Headquarters.
? Routine updates from customer - to be communicated internally and to sub-contractor: bulletins from website, emails, other
? Coordination with accounting team regarding: customers’ invoices and payments, suppliers’
? Lead and manage the Monthly inventory file including collecting all related documents arrived to Arkal supplies (delivery note, COA, Invoices etc.)

Warehousing –
? Maintains inventory controls by collecting stock location orders and printing requests.
? Prepares orders by processing requests and supply orders; pulling materials; packing boxes; placing orders in delivery area.
? Maintains quality service by following organization standards.
? Maintains safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and workstations neat; maintaining clean shipping supply area; complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
