职位描述：
Responsibilities
1. 1和制造工程师密切合作了解具体流程和要求，设计夹具
2.检查和控制夹具的生产成本与进度
3.夹具buyoff
4，促使夹具的改进
5.准备相关报表
6.更新夹具设计指南
7与工装/夹具的供应商，并给予技术支持
1.Work with manufacturing engineer closely to understand the detail process and requirement, then come out proper fixture design
2.Check &control the cost & schedule of production fixture
3. Fixture buyoff
4.Drive fixture improvement from economical and efficient aspect
5.Prepare Lesson leant report
6.Update fixture design guideline based on need
7.Technical review with tooling/fixture supplier and give technical support to manufacture supplier

Job Requirements
1.5年装配夹具设计经验，测试夹具设计和工艺开发经验者优先
2，良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神
3. 熟练掌握 AutoCAD, Solid works or Creo3.0
4，良好的英语技能优先考虑
5. 良好的思维和良好的分析能力
1.Above 5 years of assembly fixture design experience, test fixture design and process development experience is a plus
2.Good communication skills and team work
3.PC skills and knowledge of AutoCAD, Solid works or Creo3.0
4.Good English skills - spoken and written
