HR Assistant/Intern

Duties and Responsibilities

Providing assistance in hiring process activities such as posting jobs on job board or website, reviewing applications and participate in job fair and campus recruiting. Support line managers in managing interview process.
Administrating and monitoring new hires registration and employee termination procedure as required by local labor bureau with accuracy and timely;
Handle employee insurance , housing fund and file transfer and new employee bank cards;
Create and maintain staff information records ( non -confidential)
Make up training request investigation and help with company in house training and organize workers license training
Work injury report to Labor bureau and Social insurance.
Apply Invitation letter for Gorbel USA employee coming to China.
Apply for Alien employment permit from Labor Bureau.



Qualification:

Education at university Major in human resource management or English, Will graduate in summer of 2012 with bachelor or master degree
English language skills in speaking and writing
Knowledge for MS office including excel, word and PPT.
