职位描述

Job Description
1.Daily interface with customer regarding routine requests and/or issues.
2.Identify and develop new business opportunities with existing and new customers.
3.Develop and maintain multi-level customer relationships.
4.Facilitate engineering support for application of products, capabilities and competencies.
5.Performs monthly and yearly sales forecasting tasks.
6.Facilitate non-forecasted requests with production planning group.
7.Oversee product and service warranties to ensure customer/product resolution.
8.Manages accounts receivables.
9.Perform account reviews (internal and external).
10.Participates in strategic account plans.
11.Creates awareness of potential business at risk.
12.Oversees compliance to regulatory or customer specific requirements (i.e., import/export, licenses, proprietary information, FAA, IC, etc.).
13.Ensures customer documentation is distributed and retained.
14.Travel to customer site as needed.
15.Identify opportunities and/or participate in continuous improvement activities.
16.Responsible for meeting margin and growth targets with assigned accounts.
17.Manage proposal efforts for applications of existing products, larger derivatives and smaller scoped new development programs.
18.Establish proposal pricing strategies and cost targets.
19.Negotiate contracts, agreements, terms and conditions.
20.Gathers and communicates market intelligence.
21.Oversees customer directed (derivative) development programs.
22.Ensures internal communication/cooperation is achieved.
23.May participate in international account teams.
24.May be required to be performed at the customer site on an ongoing basis that may require the essential and other functions to be limited or expanded dependent upon the customer account.
25.Attend industry conferences and tradeshows.
26.May be responsible for establishing strategic account plans.
27.Coordinate potential sales opportunities with other Woodward business centers.

Job Requirement

1.Bachelors of Science in technical or business discipline, or equivalent experience.    
2.General knowledge of engineering principals; mechanical/electrical/controls as applicable.
3.Prime mover principals and applications.
4.Able to work effectively within a team environment and across functional groups.
5.Solid knowledge of commercial principles; cost, pricing, volume discounts, payment.
6.Ability to establish credibility with internal and external customers.
7.Able to multi-task with some supervision, good decision making and problem solving skills.
8.Solid oral and written communication skills.
9.Ability to negotiate basic contract pricing, terms and conditions.
10.Basic understanding of business financial analysis.
11.Minimum 3-5 years experience in related industry.

2)发动机或控制类相关专业,具备机械或工科基本知识;
3)内燃机、机械设计、自动化等专业;
4)3年以上工业产品的销售工作经验;
5)具有相关的客户资源和客户关系 ;
6)良好的沟通和协调能力(英文沟通能力强)、和团队合作能力;
7)能熟练使用各种办公软件;
