天津招聘

Responsibilities:

Perform full spectrum of Quantity Surveyor's duties for related functions for new construction and maintenance projects

Budget forecast and cost control of construction projects

Preparation of tender documents from conception to tendering, including tender evaluation and contracts formation

Contracts administration from commencement to practical completion of the projects


Requirements:

Degree in Quantity Surveying or Building Studies; posses the Cert. of Cost Engineer (China) is preferred

Member of HKIS/RICS is preferred

At least 5 years experience in PRC projects

Solid experience in large developer / consultant firm with experience in mixed development project

Familiar with PRC regulations and licensing requirements

Excellent communication skill in English & Chinese, fluency in Putonghua is essential

Hong Kong Permanent Resident is a must

Stationed to Tianjin is required
