JOB DUTIES:
Check BOM structure and product configuration in the CBS system by reference of SPL and Engineering Drawing.
Analyze the structure of every SO when inputted into the SAP system to make sure the buy level parts are correctly driven out.
Analyze all options listed in APS Price List and prepare the process validation plan to check the BOM/Drawing rightness.
Manually maintain PO weekly to make sure the right information is provided.
Compile/update Temporary MI and SWS/SWES for APS production per ECN and NPI as well as process improvement.
Set and update routing in system based on APS production practical states or ECN change information.
Timely do the process validation to new parts and new version parts.
Tooling analysis and setting for the new process introduced through ECN and NPI.
Cooperate with other teams and do the deployment of CAV torque control and leak free control in APS.
Provide technical support to production line.
PFMEA analysis through NPI/ECN period.
Line balance and production capacity analysis.

BACKGROUND / EXPERIENCE:
Good communication skill.Good skill in English writing and reading.
Bachelor Degree or above, Major in E&E, Automation or Mechatronics.Owning the electrical knowledge is the fundamental request.
SAP system knowledge for PP module is preferred.
Work in Toyota or other campany which do the "Lean" and "Standard Work" is preferred
