3. Working Knowledge of Auto CAD.
4. Functional knowledge of FEMA, Lean.
5. Good oral and written communication skills and ability to comprehend the English language.
6. Good communication and influence skills.
7. have the Independent project experience with cross function.

Job Description:
1. Focus on blade production molding and post moulding, support Operations technically, making it possible to improve the blade quality level and at the same time reduce cycle time.
2. Training to the operators for the Work instruction and technical skills.
