Basic Function

1. In charge of the hardware and software in the Molecular Biology lab.

2. Take on the Molecular Biology (Pharmacogenomics) testing service.
3. Develop the new tests following the newly technology.
4. Support BD project.

5. Complete relative task that lab director / manager arranged.





Major Responsibilities

Molecular Biology testing

1. In the molecular biology lab, maintain all the equipments, resolve the common troubleshooting.
2. Take on the molecular biology testing service; communicate with the clients for the technical details and the data analysis information.
3. Keep the result data accurate and expectable.
4. Develop new tests following the newly technology.

5. Responsible for CAP survey-molecular PT test and prepare relative documents.

SOP written ,Data analysis and control

1. Set up the equipments SOP and assay SOP in the Molecular Biology lab.

2. Analyze the data obtained and make the quality control plan periodically.

Arrange the service tests and conclusion

1. Arrange all the service tests in order and form a fluent work flow.

2. Conclude the services attentions.

Supprot BD project

1. Provide necessary technology support and quotation preparation when bidding one project.

2. Provide some technology demonstration for customer.





Qualifications

1. A bachelor degree (or above) in a life science field.

2. Discipline: Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Clinical Chemistry, Cell Biology, Immunology, Pathology, etc.

3. Technical knowledge and skills.
4. Experience preferred but not required.
5. Proficiency in both written and spoken English.
6. Must possess skills to perform assigned tasks in an independent manner to produce timely results in accordance with accepted standards.
