Responsibilities:
?Responsible to manage a total quality system in TS16949 and ISO 14001,
?Set goal and objectives to strive for continuous improvement by using Lean manufacturing concepts,
?Embark on a structured Statistical Process Control (SPC) program to control all critical processes and parameter,
?Develop total quality training plan for the company with visual aids,
?Handle customer quality system audit, and provide support to customer,
?Calibrate measuring instrument and equipment.
?Responsible for smooth operation of the Q A department with highest quality standard at minimum quality cost, and ensure quality output meet customer requirements by controlling the incoming, in-process and outgoing quality, ensure effective non-conformity management,
?Implement product qualification procedure included tooling qualification, FMEA, MSA and APQP,
?Liaise with customers in quality problem solving and complaints, prepare 8D report and execution of corrective action.
Qualifications:
?University degree, fluency in English,
?Strong preference given to those with a technical, industrial engineering background (Plastic and/or metal experience) ,
?Individual must possess very strong written and oral communication skills, able to interact cross functionally and capable in dealing with the details,
?Provides overall leadership by planning, directing, and controlling all quality activities ,
?Proactively identifies opportunities to continuously improve safety, asset utilization, productivity, product quality, and cost.
