Job Description/Key Accountabilities:

·Provide report to client

·Handle client concerns and inquiry;
·Assist to drive growth and development of the consulting business in Tianjin and North China.
·Work with other team members for the successful execution of consultancy assignments;
·Carry out project-related research, data analysis and report writing;

Requirements & Qualifications:

·At least two (2) years experience in real estate development and related business or in consultancy;
·A Bachelor degree from a recognized university, preferably in Real Estate, Business or Economics, a higher degree in relevant subject will be highly preferable;
·RICS professional qualification is an advantage;
·Extensive knowledge on China's real estate market;
·Sound analytical skills particularly on a project focus;
·Good presentation and strong business development skills;
·Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly in Word, Excel and Power Point.
·Fluent spoken & good written English and Mandarin, with sound writing skills in both
languages;
