Objective
Provide strategic consulting expertise in areas of portfolio strategy and planning; business location advisory, workplace strategy, change management and other management consulting disciplines to large corporate clients in the Asia Pacific region using “best-in-class” tools and best practices. High level scope are outlined below:

? Portfolio Strategy & Planning –Country, City and Metro plans: Assessment of portfolio performance, portfolio rationalization and divestment, lease vs. ownership structures, cost reduction initiatives and bid support to achieve business change.
? Workplace Strategy: Develop and deliver innovative strategies to enhance users’ experience and productivity in the workplace.
? Change Management: Develop and deliver change management plans to transition clients through significant changes such as re-organization, a new workplace or other changes.
? Business Location Advisory: Evaluation of location options at market, city, national and regional levels to meet business needs
? Management Consultancy: M&A due diligence, process re-engineering and business strategy development among others

Accountabilities
? Support the account and transaction management teams in delivering strategic consulting services to target corporate clients
? Actively participate in strategy planning and other client related initiatives
? Identify, plan and execute consulting workshops for internal teams as well as clients
? Project manage consulting assignments to meet clients’ expectations and to a high quality standard
? Responsible for the creation of ‘best practice’ tool box to introduce standards and drive consistency across the Region
? Prepare and participate in client pitches, request for proposals as assigned

Required Qualifications & Experience
Knowledge & Experience
? A Degree in a Real Estate, Finance or business-related discipline; Postgraduate qualifications, including an MBA or its equivalent, an advantage
? Ability to read, write and speak business Chinese to a native level a must
? Ability to speak other Asian languages an advantage
? Experience across multiple geographies
? With at least 10 years relevant experience in Corporate Real Estate, Transactions, Strategic Consulting or other background gained from the real estate or consulting industry
