Job Description

Visit design institute, contractor, owner etc to build long-term relationships with customers.

Manager the distributors and develop new channels to reach the business needs.

Find out business initiatives, follow up the projects and drive the development of new market opportunities to maximize the business performance, profitability, and growth of all products in the responsible region. .

Ensure a healthy project pipeline in the responsibile region for the long-term business objectives.

Work with technical service department to support customer service to get the customers’ satisfaction.

Qualifications and Experience
Knows the HVAC market and has connections in the responsible region::
With key Distributors
With key Developers
With key Contractors
With key Consultants
With other key stakeholders (e.g. District Heating Companies)

5 years working experiences, related / adjacent HVAC industry experience preferred.

Sales working experience in the context of an international company.Have the experiences of direct sales and channel sales.

Proven track record of success of profitable sales.

University degree (HVAC, engineering or equivalent)
