1. Bachelor degree or above.
2. More than 4 years' relevant experience with ocean & air cargo freight in multinational forwarding company.
3. Good analytical, problem-solving, project management and presentation skills.
4. Fluent written and spoken English.
RESPONSIBILITY:
Summary
Plan and develop sales strategies.
Sell global freight solutions to meet revenue and gross margin goals to specific target accounts and markets.
Build the sales organization with the objective of ensuring both continuous revenue growth and that FedEx is the market leader across the Asia-Pacific region.

1. Develop and manage comprehensive sales account plans that align with the company objectives.
2. Implement sales stratagem and working set by manager and company, cooperate with manager to make dedicate promotion plan and report the gain and loss in an accurate and timely manner.
3. Develop new customers, establish and maintain good relationship with customers, penetrate to exploit more volume.
4. Collect market information.
5. Any other tasks assigned by manager from time to time.
